Thief

Monk

Summoner

Samurai

Dragoon

Ranger

Beastmaster

Dark Knight

Ninja

Paladin

Bard

I could have sworn there were many more.

Also, to use any of the advanced classes, do you need to do a quest to do any of them? Or are there any that can be chosen without doing a quest?

Looks like all of them, but I just skimmed over the list.

But then you get into support jobs, and there might as well be many more.

thats them. The advanced classes you can quest for at level 30.
