For DAY EIGHTEEN.... gasp! All current squares have been completely cleared and the merchant has left town. Every square now contains a MONSTER! Their attack roll is equal to their space number, plus 1d10, which you'll roll in addition to your movement. Roll 1d35 for movement, then 1d10 to find out how much bonus the monster gets, and then your attack roll.
In addition, any abilities or equipment that work against specific monster types (undead, oozes, etc) count towards defeating this monster.
