It slowly shrinks .. Once more textcomes your way, it will expand again.

One thing that is bugging me about that .. is I can't seem to find a way to scroll up at past text. Once it is gone, it seems gone for good.

Press the - key on the numpad then press enter. Yes its retarded.

It never went anywhere until I accidentally escaped it away. before that it just stayed there for me.

To expand the log box press "+" on the number pad then hit "enter". You can then scroll up and see what has been said or what has happened.

In config there's a way to set it so it stays visible. The minimum number of lines is set to 0 by default. Can change that to whatever, and it'll always be there.
