Is it broken for anyone else? I get a script error of some kind when I put in my Jobs/Race/Levels.

Works fine. The "Level" box is for your subjob. So you'd enter 1-37

Great, I dunno why it doesn't work for me then. I wanted to compare stats between THF/WAR, THF/NIN, and THF/MNK.

works for me, I can post a sample for you:

They're all pretty much the same, except for a 1 point or so difference in various stats.

So, in the short term anyway, I won't be getting/levelling Ninja, I see no point.

Dual Wielding(Ninja) is mainly for stats, as a sub. Dagger in main hand, Mithran Scimitar in second, that's +3 dex.

I'd still rather have the ability to Provoke and Berserk over dual wield.

And if I just use a Mithran scimitar in my offhand forever, I'd be pretty screwed damage-wise. Though the AF Knife is 2 Dex/Agi, that might make a decent offhander.

I'll give it some more thought when I'm higher, when perhaps the stat gap will be larger.
