However there is a cap on skills by level, but your skills automatically raise to the maximum or what you had before as you level, whatever is less.
So if you're a level 10 monk and have a 30 hand to hand skill, then change to warrior, you'd have the max h2h skill of a level 1 warrior, not 30 points.
In other words a level 1 hume monk will ALWAYS have 33 hp.
