Guys, I need a break for a weekish. Too much stress in general in real life. Too much stress in many things, and alot of life issues I'm trying to deal with. Logging into the game and having a bad night drives me nuts at this point, and I'm just going to take a break. I love the game, I just cant PLAY right now. Sorry :/

I play the game to get AWAY from all the BS in life. Oh well, at least I'll have leveled past you by the time you return (= Goodluck man.
Backstab is such a negative word. I prefer the term, "invasive back massage."

I think I need a break as well. The problem is I really want to get the Summoner subjob. If I do take a break, when I come back most likely everyone will have these cool new subjobs and I'll still be trying to level my white mage.

Anyway, hope you relax a bit on your vacation from Vana'diel.

Pretty much, I've kept the game from becoming "work" by not worrying about leveling, and keeping myself more focused on tasks like doing missions and quests. Every once and a while I sit around and fish for a little bit. Don't make it a contest to get the next level and the best uber equipment, and just let the game flow.

Thats the thing. Trying to level has become habit for me in any MMO type game I play, unless I can get roleplay going then I highly prefer that :/

Personally, the only reason I want to level right now, is because at 14 I can get a bomarang and a pistol and mess around with those. I really want to keep a pistol on my thief just as a novelty (=.

Screw this, breaks never really last. I know what was really causing the stress with this game now, I was stressing way too much about the website. I might try to play again sometime today or tomorrow, heh

I think I'm pretty much done with the game.

I tried to play again today and it's just no fun for me. All I ever get to do is group with people I don't know and 9 times out of 10, they're complete idiots... seriously.

And the only time I do have fun is when I'm playing with people I know (ECers) and with me working, all of you have leveled so far past me I can't group with you.... so basically, it's boring the shit out of me to either solo or group with people that honestly surprise me they got past figuring out how to register and log in.

Bleh.

You could always group with me (= I'm only lvl 13. For me, getting into groups with random people is half the fun. Yeah, some of them suck, but I run into some really neat people most of the time.

It gets better Bajah. Morons are all part of the game though. Right now you're playing with the people who are too stupid to get above level 15 without being powerleveled. The group that can't get above level 20 without being powerleveled is only marginally better, though, but it is a step up.

Quitting is always your choice though.
