yeah, it takes 5 hours, i think if you get there at just the right time (About 55 after the hour), you can do it in 4:30 or so:

Hand in at :55, second at 1:00, then 2:00, then 3:00 then 4:00 then 5:00

Sigh, this sucks. I haven't been able to play. Staying up 'til 5 AM to play just wasn't working for me. But it's the only time I had. =\

You can do the Chocobo quest at 18th I believe.

No, you can do it once you are level 20. And gan, that sucks... Its been funky for me playing in the early morning but I just sleep in the afternoon to counter it.
