FaeAnd the rules. Once again, if you think they are too restrictive, or whatever, just say so.
This is the ECer's linkshell, not just mine.
Few simple rules I think everyone can agree too:
No excessive whining. We aren't part of this linkshell to listen to everyone complain about rarabs not dropping enough earth crystals.
Try to stick with proper English. 'OMG', 'AFK', etc. is fine, but a string of 'u' 'r' '4' gets a bit tedious and annoying.
This will, at first, only be for ECers. However, this doesn't mean we can't invite friends. There will be a simple process:
Firstly, pretty much everyone in the shell needs to know the 'applicant' decently well. This is to avoid people inviting random friends that completely piss off the majority of the shell. After that, the assigned officers take a vote. Majority wins, and it will heavily lean towards everyone agreeing that s/he can join.
If the officers say a person should be in and a few ECers disagree, that DOES NOT MEAN said person joins. Officership isn't a huge deal in this shell - it's more of a title than anything. Every ECer has a say, and their opinion will be taken into account.
However, there will be an exception for the following: Falaanla's guildmates, and Ferret's friends. As long as they stick to the rules, I don't think there will be a problem.
. But money isn't hard to obtain.

Yeah.. she got scared away though. She's back now, just made a new account for her FFXI Character. She just made her hello post in the Character names thread.
