as for the level xp separation, I was only getting 30 or so and not bringing much to Addy batty and nem the other day and they were 6 levels ahead. in a group my level last night we were taking tough and very tough mobs and getting 100-120 a kill. Today we were taking a bit easier stuff but getting #4 and #5 chains at 60 xp a pop.
I'm sure some of you will catch up, if not, I'd be more than happy to sit around with a lower group and toss some heals for more constant kills. I think that is about all I can do, though.

#3 is as high as I've gone. :/
Also, I think exp is divided up like (Base Exp +10N%)/N
N being the amount of players in a group. But I haven't really been in huge groups to test it further.
Say you're in a 2 person group. Killing an Even will give everyone 60 Experience, which works out as (100+20%)/2 = 60.
I can never get a group. I stood around for four hours begging every last person for a group once, and I aint going to do it again.

You can always take up another class and play with some of the newcomers or use it as a way to kill time until more ECers are caught up with you.
It wasnt much mroe than 4 or 3 :/
