hiya all, i know i know,silly question but i'm asking anyway....
after a very long time i'm trying to get onto everquest again and with kunark i'm not getting on the server.... is it still in use or are my actions futile because the server is no longer in use?
I'd like very nuch to play again after at least 6 years (just didn't get around to it) so help me out please

A while back a bunch of the servers were merged together. You'll have to find out whether your old server was merged into another, and what that new name is.

thanks guys,got the patches running (just a little over 3 hours patching )
but i still got something missing 'cuz the game won't start up.... i think i need to buy some of the new extensions...

Make sure you are up to date with the latest hardware and DirectX drivers.

It won't tell you what exactly is wrong.. but I believe you need latest DX to even get it to run. Had same complaints about it when I tried that free month they gave out roundabouts during the whole oho progressive servers.

What kind of error message are you getting? All not having expansions should do is keep you from going to certain areas, but not to keep the game from running at all.
