There's only six. With a good clock, an eight person group, and two devices blasters (HOORAY FOR TRIP MINE), you can burn through the five kill x badges in about two hours, depending on ghost/werewolf spawns.

If you want the Eochai one, go to a lower level zone and poach one. You feel bad for the newbies, but when I did mine, there were about 30 people lying on the ground nearby, so I felt kinda justified.
