get a block heater, helps quite alot.

Today it got up to 23 degrees or something like that. And I got to clean diesil fuel off stuff in it. Loads of fun.

Of course, there is the fact that I've kinda forgotten to change the oil since september..

It's now almost noon, and *gasp* 5 degrees.

you might want to do that. winter + inpuritys in your oil = gouged cylinders.
