Needless to say, that makes it hurt. What makes it worse is the fact that I tend to tense up when I'm in pain. I can't help it. Having the shoulder allwayse tense makes it just hurt more.
The real fun is that tensing up the shoulder has become some kind of nervous habit. If I can do something that involves using the arm, and requires my concentration, it soon stops hurting. As soon as I think about it though, it starts to tense up and hurt again.
I've had similar nerve/stress problems before, and I work them out in a week or two. But, never have I had it happen in such a painful way before. Untill I work this out, waking up in the mornings is gonna be unfun.
In other news, Zelda:Four Swords is a blast.
And then you go to work and bend down to get a bag, and it hurts real bad and you go: "OW! MY ASS!" and everyone gives you these weird looks?
I took them up on my break, and I never felt better.

dontauro painfully thought these words up:
Zelda: Four Swords can keep your mind off your troubles!!
And it did too, right up till the person that was Player 2 had to leave for work.
We made it through the training and the first boss though. That was fun.

Have you ever done weighted squat exercises after about a month of not doing any exercise whatsoever and then your ass gets real sore? And then you go to work and bend down to get a bag, and it hurts real bad and you go: "OW! MY ASS!" and everyone gives you these weird looks?
It's worse with thigh exercises.
You stand up and go to swing your leg out, and suddenly find yourself screaming, "MY DICK IS ON FIRE!" because that's generally where the pain is located.
you just... suddenly realize you cannot feel your own butt. And while it's kinda cool, it make standing a wobbly mess.

¤Delidgamond¤ had this to say about Captain Planet:
I have a wierder one. Sometimes when I wake up and I've been sleeping on my arm that it cuts off the circulation to it. When I wake up, I can not move it. No matter how hard I try, my arm will not move. But after I stand up and let the blood start flowing, I can slowly get control of my hand and it makes it feel really wierd.
Same exact thing happens to me almost every night. God, I hate that.

I get that too, no feeling or anything in that arm.
What really sucks is the time or two I've woke up and found myself sleeping on both arms. No feeling or movement in either of them. Kinda makes it hard to do anything till they start working again.
Hummm... That would relax the muscles in my arm and shoulder though. Maybe I can arrange to do that tonight?

I tried that once. Once. It was one of those exercise machines where you would either spread your legs to life up the weight in the back, or where you push your legs together to life the weight in the back.
I found out the next day that was a woman's machine. I found out the hard way.
Abs are sore too.
bah.

Happens to my right arm all the time. All feeling is cut off just below the shoulder. I can still move it AT the shoulder, but everything else is immobile.
One of the first times it happend I intentionally hit my hand off of the headboard really hard, to see if it hurt, and I didnt feel a thing. It was pretty cool, untill it came back to life and you get that fucking annoying tingly sensation/pain.
