Frankly as much as I hate hackers I find that this makes me happy. Kevin pretty much got the shaft. He was used as an example and the media just lapped it all up. He was put into Solitary confinement at a Maximum security Prison becuase the Judge was told that he could hack the Goverments computers and start a Nuclear war if he had access to a Phone.
He never really did anything damaging even though he easily could. He was of a dying breed. He did it for the challenge. Not to cause trouble.
