I believe it tells you on the sigpic upload page instead of the rules.
I was in the Virgin Islands once. I met a girl, we ate lobster, drank piña coladas. At sunset, we made love like sea otters. That was a pretty good day. Why couldn't I get that day over, and over?

I always wondered about that.

Why not 150x150. WHY!? WHY NOT ADD THE MEASLY EXTRA 1,500 PIXELS NEEDED TO MAKE IT SQUARE!?!?

Hey Az Ma Taz.

Maybe you missed this in the rules:
