I am in a super mood because my new friend Ashley gave me a ride home today. Ashley is funny. A teeny bit ditzy, but funny.
Ashley is also extremely impulsive. As we drove away from the school, she noticed a "FREE KITTENS" sign on someone's mailbox. So she immediately shrieked "FREE KITTENS!?!" and carefully pulled into their driveway. (By that I mean, she almost pulled into their yard.)
We knock on the door and are immediately led into the backyard to see said kittens. She chooses one, immediately dubs it Pinkerton, and starts thinking of a way to hide Pinkerton from her mom.
While Pinkerton did decide it was neccessary to take a crap on my hand, I am keeping in mind that he/she is only five weeks old. Also that Ashley had a t-shirt in her back seat that she let me use.
I had also been scrutinizing Ashley's driving in general to decide whether or not riding home with her would be safe.
Survey says: Ashley's driving is spiffier than my brother's and I am not afraid that Ashley will run her car into a fence with me in it.
Cool... lollipop for later...
Side note: Your new friend IS going to keep that kitten for life, right?

Nah, she's going to sell it to BK for meat for next week's BK Bacon Double cheeseburgers.
