Working my way through Dragon Warrior II on Gameboy right now. Beat Dragon Warrior a bit back. They did a great job porting em over. Very fun.
I'm working on III for the GBC. Much fun! I always thought it was the best of the series!

Pokemon Blue > All.
Even though the combat system could be a little frustrating at times, (Weapons only had a certain number of uses, monsters could eat meat and become weaker, mutants' spells took up inventory space, robots being a real bitch to get powerful as they can only do so via equipment, et cetera) the games were pretty damn fun.
I also really liked FF Adventure. Was kind of like a Secret of Mana/Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past cross.

POKEMON RED IS BETTER
I have it sitting in its case on my headstand so that no one takes it... I have 13 level 100 pokemon, and I'll let you judge how good that is.
Oh yeah, and wasn't Final Fantasy Adventure actually Legend of Mana, or something? I don't think it was "Final Fantasy Adventure" originally. [ 05-21-2002: Message edited by: Fazumzen Fastfist ]

It is Secret of Mana
Red doesn't have vulpixes.
Anyway, Blue had Persian/Meowth, making it superior. [ 05-21-2002: Message edited by: MorbId ]
Plus the 15 hours it took me to beat the game, I theoretically played the game for close to 280 hours.

True, but if you managedto get a robot strong, those things were damn near invincible. And occasionally, with the meat, you'd stumble across one monster which was freakin' UBAR.

Too bad the only way to replenish attack was to feed it more meat,

That was a good game!
