Most mammels have more than two breast becuse the give birth in litters. Humans, and many larger mammels don't, and probbialy the only reason humans have two becuse it's easier on out body structure.
So the question would be do Vah'shir give birth in litters or single birth. My guess is single birth, and only need two.
the size of the breast really dosn't matter for produceing milk, they are large Becuse they attract males.

Aye... but look at all other creatures on the earth. All animals that are long-lived are very slow to reproduce. Evolution moderates itself, there is no one animal that can take over. Shorter lived animals reproduce faster. Animals with less protection of their young and the death rates are high, reproduce faster as well.
