I tried six or seven of them at random and I keep getting "you cannot redeem this code at this time"

She's been wanting to race change her shaman to a panda for awhile now, haha. And I want to change my gnome to something like a Draenei so armor looks better.

I think this is the error you get when you try to use these at the "Redeem Code" page, when for these you should be going through the full transaction then when you get to the payment page, you choose "Other Payment Method" and then select the radio button next to Gift Code.

But I can confirm that I tried every single code under Race Change and Faction Change and got "An error has occurred. This gift code is invalid." Which I assume means it's been used or expired.
