Anyone here play on a good Horde server with at least a decent raiding guild that is looking for tanks? I don't care if it's just learning Kara/Gruul's/ZA as long as it raids and isn't full of morons. I've been gone from WoW for like five months and my guild imploded while I was gone. My server always rather sucked and the only reason I stayed was because of the guild. And now I work days(7AM to 3PM) for the first time ever and only three days a week so I've got time to seriously raid for the first time since before TBC. And of course with my now ample freetime I'll be making the mad rush to 80 with the expansion.

The thing that sucks about PvP in any game is the human factor and seeing as nobody has managed to find a way to take the Player out of Player vs Player combat, WAR PvP still sucks.

So you want PvP to be PvE?

No. I just don't PvP because PvP sucks on any game ever created.

I don't play WOW anymore nor can recommend you a specific guild, but Illidan and Mal'Ganis have always been fantastic horde servers. The latter might be a bit full, though.

Isn't Borehammer Online just the same game as World of Snorecraft but with easier PvP setup?

Warcraft has solo, group, and raid PVE content, but only has group PVP content.

Warhammer has solo, group, and raid PVP and PVE content.

So basically yes.

I play a 69 Orc Rogue in a casual-ish guild that does raids on weekends.

I should be 70 by the end of today, that will make me happy.

Mal'Ganis is the home of the goons, and yes it is extremely full. The plus side is that goon squad right now has Hyjal and BT on farm more or less, and are planning on taking down Kil'Jaeden sunday. Granted, post-patch the encounters are extremely easy, but there's still quite a few guilds out there that can't take down Illidan even with the nerfs.

The down side is that whenever a patch breaks something and introduces lag, Mal'Ganis is the first to explode, and the last to recover. The recent world events (Invasion and Plague) turned into a griefing, lagging nightmare and the server's economy is just completely fucked.

This is my mage over on Mal'Ganis. I'd link to the armory page, except for some stupid reason it's using a 5-day-old snapshot of my character not wearing anything with Durability for exploring Elwynn and Dun Morogh. Fuck level 75 guards.

There's such a thing as a good Goon guild? Didn't think there would be, seeing as it's filled with... Goons.

We try really hard to keep the goon guild stereotypes to a minimum, though they do crop up occasionally
