Anyone caught violating the spirit of the BANFEST 2002 rules to any reasonable extent should be blacklisted on sight, and then notify me about it.

And pleease double check that the date on the post in question is after 06-12-2002 10:00 PM. Anything before then is exempt from BANFEST 2002.
