Currently a 'hat merchant' is under construction for aRO -- it will appear in Prontera and/or every other town, and will be capable (by dint of an extremely long menu) of creating every craftable hat...

Nah, can't craft elemental bows, whips, musical instruments, or the like. But then, archers have the 'craft arrow' skill which has the capacity to craft magical /arrows/, and the dancer/bard classes ...
