Spoiler alert? Maybe? I don't know.

There are basically 3 possibilities:

1. Old Snake is really Big Boss and the guy at the end is really Solid Snake.
2. Old Snake and this guy are both Solid Snake in various periods of genetic breakdown or whatever.
3. Old Snake is Solid Snake and the guy is a new clone of Big Boss.

The Young one looks like it is even younger than Snake was in MGS. Which is kind of leading towards maybe another clone. Or Otakon made some wonder pills for Snake.

I'd lean towards it being a total fakeout. Kojima demonstrated at TGS how they're doing a bunch of crazy funky awesome 3D capturing.
