As for looks, I tend to think of people as looking alot like their sigpics. When you talk about your day at work or what-have-you, I picture a tiger person (almost exactly like your current sigpic) doing what you discribe.
And nice is a matter of perspective. The person you maul today is a person I won't have to deal with tomorrow.
