I hear Obama signed the treaty on October 1st, 2011 and it's only a few steps away from being approved in British Parliament?

Was planning on voting for Obama this year, but can't be too sure of that if he's signing things that hurt the internet!

Why does the world's internet policy hinge on one group of elected official's decision again?
